Trash/Brush pickup service information

If you live above the green highlighted area, your trash will be picked up on MONDAYS and THURSDAYS. (North of the expressway to the Resaca and north of Stenger Street.)
All others will have their trash picked up on TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS.

Looking to drop off trash/brush?

San Benito residents may drop off trash/brush at the City Service Center, located at 925 W. Stenger St., from 8 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday.

Residents must show proof of residency (water bill with address and a photo ID).

Items that ARE accepted: 

• Brush / Wood (does not include wood fencing)

• Appliances WITHOUT Freon

• Furniture

• Paper

• Fabric

• Plastic

• Tires WITHOUT rims

Items that are NOT accepted: 

• Residential or commercial construction/remodeling materials

• Paints

• Chemicals

• Drywall

• Insulation
